February 6th 2008 - Phone Order
For people who are uncomfortable entering card details online you can now pay by Credit / Debit Card over the phone. Simply order as normal choosing the 'Phone Order' option at checkout then contact us with your card details. All details are shredded after payment has been processed and card details are not kept on file.

You can now contact us by phone: 0844 357 0059 (this is a local call number from a BT landline).
This phone number is used for our sister company Beeunique also.

February 2nd 2008 - Back Online
Apologies to all our customers - the website was offline recently while we implemented some changes in payment methods and upgraded the website.

January 1st 2008 - VAT
From 1st January 2008 all eligible items on FunkyEars will incur vat charges. Many prices will also be lowered so this change should not make a noticeable difference to your overall order. The system is being changed between 22nd - 31st December so please bear with us whilst we update our software etc. Any previous quotes or wholesale pricelists will be invalid from Jan 1st 2008 - please contact us for updated pricelists.

September 15th 2007 - System Upgrades
There will be no deliveries and limited email/phone service from Sunday 16th - Wednesday 19th September 2007 due to stock take and system upgrades.

July 21st 2007 - Free Delivery
For a limited period and while stocks allow you can get FREE delivery on all orders
(UK and Overseas). See under Special Offers for further information.

May 11th 2007 - Public Holiday
Monday 28th May is a Public Holiday - any orders due for dispatch will be posted on Tuesday 29th instead.
