We aim to post orders within 2 working days. Delivery is usually 1-3 working days for UK and 1-3 weeks for Overseas orders (depending on country). We allow a maximum of 15 working days for UK orders and 40 working days for International orders before we can class an order as lost.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order has not been posted then we can cancel it for a full refund, simply contact us. If the order has been posted then you can return the order to us for a refund.

Simply contact us within 14 working days of receipt saying which product(s) you would like to return. Once received back here we will refund you using the same method you used to pay for your order. Items must be unused and undamaged. If only part of the order is returned then the original postage costs will not be refunded.  Return postage costs are not refunded and you are recommended to use a trackable or signed for method where possible.

We will process your refund within 2 days of the returned item being received back here. UK banks/paypal usually show refunds within a day, but it may take upto a week for the refund to show in International accounts.

If your delivery address is outside the UK then import duty, vat and/or customs clearance fees may need to be paid before the parcel will be delivered – we have no control over these and requirements will vary between countries. It is the buyers responsibility to look into and pay these fees if applicable.
