Ordering:
To place an order simply add the required items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. All items shown on the website should be in stock. If an item will be out of stock for a couple of days we will hold on to your order and dispatch everything together. If an item will be out of stock for more than 2-3 days we will dispatch the in-stock items and give you a delivery date for the back-ordered item(s) - you will then be given the choice to wait for these back-ordered item(s) or receive a refund for these item(s). When payment has been received, order processed, order dispatched etc we will update your online account and you should receive an email giving up-to-date details on your order status. At any time you can log in to your account on www.funkyears.co.uk using your registered email & password and view the status of your order. FunkyEars is a trading name of Beeunique and transactions on your statement may show up as being from Beeunique or FunkyEars depending on your payment method. All prices on FunkyEars are exclusive of VAT - more info on VAT can be seen here. USA customers please note all prices are in UK Pounds (£).
         
 
 
 
 
 

Delivery:
We process orders daily and in general orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received (we cannot guarantee this and in busier times processing orders may take 2-3 days in some circumstances).

n/a this denotes a delivery service is unavailable for an order of that value e.g. if your Europe Order is over £50 you can only choose the Airmail Insured Option - in this case the option for Airmail and Signed For at checkout will show the same price as Airmail Insured.

Delivery Times:
All delivery times are approx as we must rely on Royal Mail in the UK and your local Country's Postal Service to deliver your order promptly. We have to allow upto 15 working days for a UK delivery unless you have paid for Next Day Delivery and upto 40 working days for International Deliveries before we can class an order as missing.

Next Day Delivery:
Orders for next day delivery must be received before 11am
Please read all Next Day Conditions before choosing this option.

Airmail Insured:
The maximum we can compensate for loss or damage is £30 unless you choose Airmail Insured as your method of delivery.

 
 
 
 
 
 
Payments:
We accept the following methods of payment:

Cheque Payments & Crossed Postal Orders are not accepted.
*Please contact us to activate the Postal Order or BACS options should you wish to pay using any of these methods.
No goods are dispatched until payment has been received and cleared in full into our account. If you are not using an immediate payment method such as paypal or credit/debit card we will only hold goods for you for 7 days without payment or contact from you confirming payment has been arranged.
Under no circumstances do we offer credit terms!
All prices on FunkyEars are in British Pound Sterling (GB Pound / £) and are exclusive of VAT.
FunkyEars is trading name of Beeunique and any information on your statement may show as FunkyEars or Beeunique.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Returns:
If you wish to return all or part of your order you must contact us in writing within seven working days of receipt of the goods giving your name, order number and reason for return. Return postage costs are non-refundable and orders must be well packed to avoid damage to the contents. All authorised returns must be received at FunkyEars within a reasonable time and it is advised to use a registered or recorded method of post to return the order as no refunds or replacements can be authorised until FunkyEars are in receipt of the returned parcel. All returned items must be in an unused state with all labels, tags and ties attached. Any free or promotional items included with the original purchase must be returned also. Where postage costs are to be refunded we will refund standard postage costs only and not optional postage extras such as Next Day, Recorded or International Signed For. For some items such as earrings and body jewellery we cannot accept returns due to Health & Hygiene reasons - this does not affect your statutory rights. Postage and Payment costs will not be refunded for non UK-EU returns. If you wish to return a bulk/wholesale order please contact us as a returns charge may apply. Customers outwith the EU may be refunded less any postage/packaging costs we have incurred and/or may be liable to a 20% re-stocking fee depending on the status of the order.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Canceling:
If your order has not been processed you may cancel all or part of the order and receive a full refund for the cancelled items. If the order has already been dispatched it can still be cancelled but will be treated as a return - once received you must return the goods to us in accordance with our returns policy (details above). Please contact us if you wish to cancel a made-on-request or customised order as a cancellation or returns charge may apply. Standard Distance Selling Regulation rights will not apply to Bulk/Wholesale orders which are classed as Business transactions. Customers outwith the EU may be refunded less any postage/packaging costs we have incurred and/or may be liable to a 20% re-stocking fee depending on the status of the order.
         
 
 

LOST ORDERS - Due to Royal Mail Guidelines we cannot issue a refund or replacement for any lost order until you have completed a Lost Order Form confirming non-delivery (this will be emailed upon request after the allowed delivery time has passed). You must return this form to us within 10 days or we will be unable to supply a refund or replacement order. We may wait until Royal Mail have confirmed acceptance of this claim before processing a refund or replacement.
