UK - Recorded Delivery
Recorded Delivery must be signed for upon receipt. This is not a guaranteed Next Day Delivery service and can take as long as standard delivery to be received. The Recorded Delivery reference number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched - this reference can be entered on royal mail's website to check if delivery has been attempted.

UK - Next Day Delivery
Your Next Day Delivery will only be confirmed once we have emailed your tracking number to you and updated your online order status to show this tracking number. Next Day Delivery is available for UK addresses only, must be signed for and is not available for delivery on weekends or bank/public holidays. If for any reason we are unable to arrange your Next Day Delivery we will ask if you would like standard delivery with a refund of the additional postage costs or a full refund of your order. If Royal Mail fail to deliver the item within the guaranteed time we will not be responsible for any additional expenses involved in the result of a delayed delivery (as per Royal Mail's Terms & Conditions). We will not refund ANY charge if Royal Mail have attempted delivery but there was no reply at the address. There are a few areas where Royal Mail are unable to guarantee next day delivery - should you live in the Northern Highlands, not on Mainland UK or in another remote area it is advisable to check with us first before purchasing as sometimes Royal Mail's 'Next Day Delivery' can actually take 2 or 3 days to these more remote areas.

OVERSEAS - Insured
With standard Airmail the maximum an order is covered for is £30 as per Royal Mail's Guidelines. Should your order be above this value you should choose Airmail Insured at checkout - this will cover your order in full should it be lost or damaged in transit.
